Five J's

Five J's is a treasure trove of beneficial information. I consider Joy an experienced source of homeschool wisdom, and greatly appreciate the resources she continually provides to her readers. Homeschool moms are left on their own with an insane amount of pressure and very little support. Many homeschool blogs share information - but Joy comes along side to hand hold each homeschool mom while building us up for success. Every homeschooler should read Five J's.

TheHomeSchoolMom

The Homeschool Mom has been a wonderful resource for advertising our new homeschool service!  We've received tons of traffic from the site and through the wide variety of marketing channels that she offers.  Best of all, Mary Ann has really gone out of her way to help us get set up.  She's been generous with personalized advice and assistance that helped us to make the most out of our advertising buy.  Thank you tons, Mary Ann!  We'll be back to advertise again.

Advertising in the Homeschooler's Notebook Newsletter

Homeschooler's Notebook is a bi-weekly email newsletter with over 14,000 double opt-in subscribers. After more than a decade of publishing, the newsletter is one of the most respected homeschool newsletters available by email.

Your placement of an ad on any of our network of sites and/or newsletters indicates your acceptance of our Advertiser Terms.

"Thanks for the great newsletter! Even with over 15 years of homeschooling experiences, I still find many wonderful ideas, suggestions, considerations, materials, etc. in it.  Keep up the EXCELLENT work!"

Homeschooler's Notebook had its start in the mid-1990's as "KONOS-CORNER", an ezine devoted to the fans and users of KONOS unit studies.  It was renamed and repackaged as "The Homeschooler's Notebook" in 2000 by Lynn Hogan when she could see the need for a broader newsletter addressing many aspects of homeschooling and the diverse nature of teaching styles and techniques.  Lynn edited and continued to grow the readership of the ezine until the fall of 2005 when she passed the editorship on to Heather Idoni.  Heather has continued the legacy of making HS Notebook a "relevant, interactive, FREE, twice-weekly ezine packed with great reader tips, reviews, & practical encouragement for homeschooling families.

Homeschooler's Notebook is published on Mondays and each month Heather publishes a special "Homeschooling High School" issue.

I just wanted to express how much I appreciate the High School Editions of HS Notebook. So many homeschoolers find the teen and high school years difficult, and having such a valuable resource to turn to again and again is a treasure for me. I have forwarded it to others in my situation. I always appreciate the newsletter, but I just wanted you to know how much encouragement and support a focused newsletter is for those of us in the trenches. I love homeschooling my kids, but I have to admit that without support from my fellow homeschoolers and folks like you, the high school years would have been daunting at best. Thank you again for all that you do to make our days a little brighter and to keep the focus on the important task we've undertaken as parents of today's teens.
Tammy H.

Please note that Homeschooler's Notebook subscriber list is purged of bouncing email addresses every week, so our subscriber base is current.
